Browsing data

The site’s systems record technical data (IP address, date and time, pages requested) needed for the site to work and to keep it secure.

• Legal basis: the controller’s legitimate interest.
• Retention: for as long as strictly necessary.

Contact and event requests

If you write to us through the forms on the site, we process your name, email, phone number and the content of your request (for example the date and number of guests) in order to reply to you.

• Legal basis: the data subject’s request and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b).
• Retention: for as long as needed to reply; the data are then deleted periodically and, at any time, at the data subject’s request.

Gift voucher

If you buy a gift voucher, we process the buyer’s first name, last name, email and phone number, the quantity and amount, and possibly, if you choose to provide them, the recipient’s name and email and a message for them. The buyer must have the right to give us the recipient’s data. The recipient receives an email with the voucher and the name of the buyer. Payment is made by bank transfer: the site does not collect card or account details.

• Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations (tax and accounting).
• Retention: for the periods required by law for accounting records (10 years).

Table booking

Bookings are made through the external service TheFork, which processes the data as an independent controller under its own privacy notice. Our site only refers you to that service.

Recipients

Data are neither sold nor disclosed. They may be accessed by technical providers (hosting, email, site maintenance) appointed as data processors, and by tax advisers for legal obligations. Data are not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
